Build a Customized Curriculum

STRATUS can help you create a curriculum customized to your environment and learners. Whether you’ve been using simulation for years or are just starting out, STRATUS can help you identify the simulation modalities, teaching techniques, and technology best-suited for achieving your goals. Our curriculum development experts will walk you through the process of identifying learning gaps, developing measurable learning objectives, designing a scenario or skill session to meet those objectives, and linking course content to assessments or milestones.

Out-of-the-Box Curriculum

In collaboration with subject matter experts from Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a major Harvard teaching affiliate, STRATUS has developed comprehensive, high-quality, simulation-based curriculum for teaching essential technical and non-technical skills. STRATUS’ curriculum library includes programs for Harvard medical students and residents from numerous specialties. These curriculum include all of the operational, educational and technical details necessary to conduct a high-quality simulation-based scenario, course, or longitudinal educational program for your learners across a variety of levels.
